I want to say a huge thank you to all three of you for helping me get a pair of shoes in for my wedding so last minute. I was so stressed out when I realized just a few weeks before my wedding that the shoes I had purchased were stretched so much that they no longer fit, especially given that my dress had been altered to that length. I had ordered them from away because I had no luck finding a nice pair of blue shoes (for my “something blue”) in town and there was no time to re-order. I was in a real bind but you guys stepped up, even before your store was ever open for business and I truly appreciate that.

Your genuine concern for me and your superb customer service speaks volumes to what people can expect from Ever After Bridal Boutique. The brides of Newfoundland have much to look forward to with you and your shop open for business. I have to say I’m a little jealous because I’m sure the experience you will offer each bride will far surpass what some of us experienced during our search for a wedding dress.

I wish you much success in the future and I will be singing your praises for a very long time.

I just have to let you guys know what a wonderful experience it was purchasing my dream dress at your store. The lady helping me was so nice and honest, it made me feel at home. I shopped all over St. John’s and I was very frustrated and overwhelmed when I finally arrived at Ever After. As soon as I stepped through the door I was greeted by the most welcoming ladies! After shopping other places where it felt so impersonal & it didn’t feel like the special occasion I thought it should feel like, I dreaded more of the same parade of dresses & insincere “you look wonderful” flattery from salespeople. At Ever After, I was asked what I wanted to feel like and listened to everything I had to say. Then she hopped into search mode. I had my sister & niece with me, but the saleslady made me feel so at home that it felt like an afternoon with the girls having fun. She turned a dreaded chore into the most memorable part thus far!
Thank you so much for being the special family style shop that you are… don’t ever change. It’s what sets you apart from the rest & I will recommend you to all my friends.
